My credit is not great and I don't have a deposit rn so I know it's a big ask but I also know a lot of us are hurting to pay these outrageous rents. I'd like to stay under $800 with utilities included and would love a furnished room just so I don't have to move anything big! My own bathroom is important to me as well as in house laundry. I can happily do maintenance inside of a home, especially if the materials are provided. Something close to A park (ideally Forest Hill to be close to James River or Tuckahoe/Bon Air) where I can go outside and walk! I don't smoke or Drink at all and I have no pets. I work 2 jobs and have visits from family every weekend. Please reach out if you are interested in sharing your home with another parent-pet or human. (I like to keep my stuff off the floor but don't cook much!) I love community hangs with laid back people but I can get a bit antsy when stressed and sleepy when I don't get enough sleep. I'm absolutely happy with LGBTQIA++ roomies and would love to continue to garden outside, but park my car safely and have access to a quiet and happy Space! Back to school

19m Hey hey friends and family, I have some exciting news! I didn't want to share at first because of my fear of quitting so many times before and disappointing people, but I got accepted back into school and will be attending later this month! I'm going to be commuting from home, but there's still some expenses I need money for up front with a total of $961.00. This includes scrubs, my books, my lab kit, Castle branch (the cost for a drug tested background check), supplies needed for clinical, and a parking permit. Typically I would've had time to save up, but I got waitlisted due to last-minute decision about two months ago and just found out I got accepted about a week ago. I know times are hard for literally everyone, but any help is appreciated. Hopefully in a year I'll finally be an LPN, and the year after an RN!

Our wedding date has been moved up to October 12, 2024, and we are hoping to find a photographer who will provide their services for free in exchange for using our photos. The wedding will be held in or around Big Rapids, MI. ETA: yes, prior I had set a $2000 budget, but we aren't even getting that. We are doing everything for free, venue is a friends house, food my family makes, dessert my family makes, decor is leftover or reused from other events. I also posted about taking my own photos and I also got blasted for that and was told to ask about this. I could offer trade for gift certificates but we just don't have any monetary funds for pay hundreds, let alone thousands of dollars. I'm asking about new photographers, or ones who are expanding their services. They would get a plate and dessert and be a part of our day we just don't have money to give anyone. I have a gig in area. on the 11th but could stay elsewhere in the Accessible means: --NO scented laundry products in use within recent memory so the bedding and mattress are unscented. --NO scented candles, air fresheners, incense --NO mold, limited dust -NO smoking of anything. --YES actual bed (can't do on the floor anymore) --YES fridge and stove Also no kitty litter box within smelling distance. If I went and got it I would have left it but I let my daughter get it. Now I am tossing it in the garbage. Please be respectful about where your things come from. I'm a bit disappointed in the item because of how badly it stinks. Now I can still smell the cigarettes amd we are not smokers. Smells just like an ash tray and it was a huge item. I'm sensitive to smoke and my chest gets tight. Ugh now I feel sick. Just letting yall know to be careful and ask if it's from a smoke free home. I thought it was for sure. So so disappointed. Hey ladies!!! Short notice I know, but I need a free photographer for Sunday. My fave photographer is unavailable. I'm riding in a tethered hot air balloon, Bucket List!!! I have a brain injury and never thought I'd be able to. I'm gonna cry. kin . There is also a super duper special Jiu Jitsu seminar prior in e, I'd like you to be able to go to to take pics at. Sports photographers preferred bc you know the angles and what's going on. I'm broke financially and you might have to pay for the seminar and a hot air balloon ticket $100 total), but 2 things are getting checked off my Bucket List Sunday and I want to capture it on film.
