Hey friends! We are deep in apartment-hunting mode and will be moving next month. So, my energy is super limited, and we need your help. There are three big categories you can support us with: connections, financial support, and helping with the physical move. The rental market is highly predatory and problematic, and getting our own lease may take a miracle. Most places require 2.5-3x the rent in income, plus a credit score over 750. We are both entrepreneurs with income that's variable but relatively low in the last couple of years, and realistically, rent is going to be half our income for a while. Plus, my credit took a heavy hit during the pandemic and never built much to begin with. That means we need an understanding landlord, a co-signer, or other significant bargaining chips like paying 3-6 months of rent ahead of time. Here's where you come in! 1. CONNECTIONS We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom place, ideally under $2k but we can go up to $2.5k if it's really perfect for us. hello! I am an unschooling mom of 2 (13g/10b) and would like to offer up our hippie house for rent for as many days as you'd like, up to 6 days at a time ($188/night) to any families interested in learning indoor bunny care we have 2 bunnies, elliott and roo, elliott a magpie holland lop and roo a chocolate brown domestic bunny and we've been a bun family for almost 3 years now and have learned so much about their care and truly enjoy having them as pets and would love to share what it's like to have indoor bunnies with other families who may be interested in learning about them. with a stay in our home we'll include a full write up about their care and needs and day to day and you'll just get to hang out with them and learn about them and most importantly have fun! we also have some pet snails that we have watched grow from eggs that were laid on christmas eve that are also very fun to play with and learn about as well we do have a very anti social kitty in one of the bedrooms who will stay under the bed and need a couple scoops of food and some water twice daily and a check up on the litter box, but she will otherwise most likely want to be left alone. our home is located in minutes outside of about 20 in a very quiet, suburb, gated community. to share a bit about our neighborhood, our community connects to a golf course and there is a a golf club across the street. there is also a walking/running/biking trail a 5 minute walk from our home and many other trails, parks. the splash pads and community pools officially open for the kids nearby and all around the city! we are in walking distance of a Walgreens pharmacy and a shopping center including a Smiths grocery store, and many restaurant choices for dinner out and if you go a little further you'll reach an even bigger entertainment area with a Whole Foods, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Okay I just want this grass digging up and put in brown bin, or you can take away use for turf etc for free. I want the fence putting back up and soil giving a good raking. Suitable job for a teenager or pensioner for a bit of extra money. area, £50 in cash when job done to my satisfaction.
