Parent (in the parent drop off line.)- "Hi, art teacher. I want to go to comic-con. Can you make my costume?" Me- "I'm sorry, I'm trying to do parent drop off." Parent- "OK." (Goes to park car. Gets out and approaches me in pajamas and slippers.) "I was thinking a feminine Tom Baker, Dr Who, when can you get it to me?" Me- "Oh, I don't have time, I'm sorry." Parent- "Well, I guess I could pay you." Me- (still opening car doors and helping students cross a busy parking lot. AND doing some quick thinking.)" Me- "oh, perfect! As an artist, I charge $25 per hour, and you will need to get me all of the supplies. Just bring me a photo of what you want and I will write up a proposal!" Parent-

all Verizon ? 8:24 PM 18 87% This is the ad I saw when I opened up Craigslist to look at rentals in Ashland area. Yep, pretty much. I've never experienced anything like it. "have a huge bathroom. I am a female in my mid 60's and I am looking for a roommate. Times are tight and I need some extra money. I am willing to rent out my bathroom in my 1 bedroom home. My bathroom is large. You can easily put a twin air mattress in there. I only ask that when I need to use the bathroom, you & the air mattress are not in it. I do ask that when you are here, you confine yourself to the bathroom. I do not feel comfortable with a stranger walking around my living room. You may have guest over as long as you both stay in the bathroom as well. This might seem a bit odd but please remember the rent is $400 and the bathroom is large.
