hello! I am an unschooling mom of 2 (13g/10b) and would like to offer up our hippie house for rent for as many days as you'd like, up to 6 days at a time ($188/night) to any families interested in learning indoor bunny care we have 2 bunnies, elliott and roo, elliott a magpie holland lop and roo a chocolate brown domestic bunny and we've been a bun family for almost 3 years now and have learned so much about their care and truly enjoy having them as pets and would love to share what it's like to have indoor bunnies with other families who may be interested in learning about them. with a stay in our home we'll include a full write up about their care and needs and day to day and you'll just get to hang out with them and learn about them and most importantly have fun! we also have some pet snails that we have watched grow from eggs that were laid on christmas eve that are also very fun to play with and learn about as well we do have a very anti social kitty in one of the bedrooms who will stay under the bed and need a couple scoops of food and some water twice daily and a check up on the litter box, but she will otherwise most likely want to be left alone. our home is located in minutes outside of about 20 in a very quiet, suburb, gated community. to share a bit about our neighborhood, our community connects to a golf course and there is a a golf club across the street. there is also a walking/running/biking trail a 5 minute walk from our home and many other trails, parks. the splash pads and community pools officially open for the kids nearby and all around the city! we are in walking distance of a Walgreens pharmacy and a shopping center including a Smiths grocery store, and many restaurant choices for dinner out and if you go a little further you'll reach an even bigger entertainment area with a Whole Foods, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. A landlord that will: accept my daughters service dog (she's a medium sized mutt, non aggressive, is leash, harness and kennel trained. We also have a small cat. She is also kennel trained. These 2 animals are rarely left alone and when they are, they are kenneled. These two animals have been my two daughters lifelines since we moved 3000 miles away to TN 2 years ago. They are flea and tick treated monthly. They have their nails cut monthly. We are EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS. We are willing to pay pet deposits if required. A landlord that will allow a chicken coop & a garden: My two teenage daughters homeschool. They have raised these chickens since they were eggs, and a lot of their schooling revolves around the care and upkeep of their chickens. We also use them as a method to make some extra income selling their eggs. We have a very large garden every year, to help feed the family, others and to sell at farmers markets. If we could find a place that would allow a couple goats and mini highland cows that would be an added bonus, as that was the plan here where we ended up. My son and husband work all but 4 days a month. And me and my two daughters stay home and tend to the garden and animals and schooling. We're currently paying over $2300 a month for rent and we're drowning. That with the stress of the house falling down around us, and the constant verbal abuse from the landlord we'd love to find a house that is cheaper and of course that is fully functioning. We're looking for a 3-4 bedroom home. Ideally with 2 baths but we can work with 1 bath. My husband has some medical issues so a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the house would be ideal. If we could find someone selling that would be willing to rent it for 2 years and then we buy it, would be amazing, so we'd have one less move to make when the time comes to buy. We would love to be within 30 minutes of Lewisburg, which is where both my husband and son work. I'd love to explain more in detail about what we're currently going through in our current rental face to face if requested. We have kept all records and receipts of the happenings the past 2 years. We had enormous trouble even finding an available rental when we moved here in 2022. We've been treated pretty poorly because we're what y'all are calling "transplants". Am I wrong to suggest a wealthy residence should have better candy? I was trick or treating with my nephew. One of the houses (800k on Zillow) had a bowl of the small tootsie rolls with a sign that said "please take one" I dunno it really rubs me the wrong way when wealthy people pretend to be frugal in the sight of less well off people. Like stop it, stop this signaling charade. I mentioned this to my sister and she said I'm out of line and they can put out whatever candy they want. I agreed they can but they aren't above reproach in the meantime. Edit: not the big tootsie rolls mind you, the small ones that are bit sized. Edit2: evidently no one is allowed to be disappointed and bring it up, ever.

I'm a Technology Teacher for a school that teaches students with developmental disabilities, and I feel like this is very cheap. W-- am I gonna buy for $10 on Amazon nowadays!?
