Free food from kind strangers isn't good enough

Anonymous member · 20h O ✓ Do you feel like a mealtrain that may not be nourishing is worth it? We have a mealtrain set up for the first couple weeks from friends with all the nourishing meals. Now my husband is back to work and my church offered another meal train. Since I don't know the people personally who will be making meals I don't exactly think we will be getting healthy. But since I have 3 kids I think it could be helpful. Are there ways to word it for the old church ladies to help ensure more healthy? Or should I just skip altogether
