It's no longer about stock portfolios, investment strategies or interest rates. It's an endless series of treasure hunts, carried out by millionaires and their nephews. The economy, and its consumption of liquid assets, has become a well-oiled machine. The economy has changed. Old, weathered ducks carry old, weathered canes, fly in old weathered airplanes. Lucky dimes inside their money bins enhance and regulate their cash flow. Currency control. NASDAQ control. Minimum wage control. Dracula control. Everything is monitored, and kept under control. The economy has changed. The age of gold prospecting has become the age of control. All in the name of averting bankruptcy from witches and criminals. And he who controls the banks, controls history.
