ALIEN WARRIOR DRONE COMPARISON CHART Full characteristics at a glance... Movie one ALIEN GIGERS ALIEN Designed and built by H.R. Giger. The first ALIEN is a first of a kind design. Elongated penile shaped head with treacherous innner tongue, four back tubes, headrest, tail, boney exoskeleton...the original creature is unique if for no other reason that it remains the only one made by it's designer. It was built upon a cast of the actor that played him, Bolaji Bodajo, who was a thin, seven foot tall Masai art student, who performed the role. Slower and elegant, the first Alien was a creepy nightmare that has yet to be improved upon. Noted for the skull-like eyeholes under the transparent dome, and for a unique flow of line and form overall. Silver teeth and long nails on six fingered hands. Colors run dark greys and browns with some variances. UMDESIGN

Movie two ALENS Puppets and Costumes redesigned from the HR Giger original designs by Stan Winston and company for director James Cameron's new film. The primary change was in the head, namely by removing the clear domes and alternate thumbs and replacing them with skeletal head features and three fingered hands. Unusual elbow appendages were added on some warriors. Overall, the design is the same as first film's, only now is made to be more mobile due to use of spandex base suits for stunt actors. Gone also is the seven foot scale, except by inference or by use of the much larger puppets. Colors are simpler blacks and tans and resemble skeletal suits. ALIENS

Movie three AL EN3 Though this Alien version was initially redesigned by ALIEN designer HR Giger, the actual film design was reworked by the Amagamated Dynamics team Led my Tom Woodruff and Alec Gillis. It was decided by director David Fincher that this Alien would be a return to the domed head, thinner figure, but with a canine-like body, to reflect it's movie host, and is without any back appendages or tubes. The overall look is much more detailed and the boney structuring and rib-like exoskeleton is more organic than the previous two film designs. This drone also has very long. double jointed legs and is much faster than previous incarnations. Browns and fans in colors and with black bones and nails instead of the previous silvers. The metallic teeth remain, but surrounded by a much more Gigeresque mouth with fuller lips. E

Movie four AL CIION Designed again by ADI, these Drones are the cloned, genetic by-products of Ripley/Queen combined DNA, and are therefore more fleshy and less boney looking than ever before. Head domes are still in place but are now strangely flattened in the back, the four back tubes return but are longer and thinner, and there is no headrest. Hands are strange with very long, thin fingers with black nails. Extended bones in tall and webbing on arms allow for swimming. Double jointed, dog like legs remain from A3, but mostly vertical standing postures shown as opposed to crouching and dog-like. Colors run deeper red browns.
