It literately looks like, and in fact I'm sure it already was, one of the thousands of DBZ "Original Character" recolors or super sayain 4 through f------ infinity imaginary power-ups that you'd find on the embarrassing side of deviant art.

We have "Lakers 'Space Jam' Frezia" and two "Doughnut Steel ascended sayains", all we're missing is Snoop dog and MLG and we've have "Resurrection of the Dank Memes".

Gohan was a prime young talent who had all the potential in the world to become THE top guy before he even hit his prime but then 75% of the way to making him a star they crashed his push into the side of a cliff. It's like if Okada's push stopped immediately after his first IWGP Title win and he dropped it a month later and never won it again. I admit, he was green during the Saiyan angle and the Namek angle, but he wasn't being pushed then, he was being groomed. That's why he was part of the Z-Fighter stable while Goku remained top face. They teamed him with seasoned veterans like Piccolo and Krillin over time, and had other veterans do the job for guys Gohan would take to the limit (although I heard they were planning on having him go over Nappa but chickened out and wrote themselves into a comer, which is why Vegeta tuned on him and squashed him). I think he got a lot of sympathy as a face during that Gohan/Krillin/Vegeta vs Guldo/Recoome match, for the record. Even though the main event of IMAD Namekamania was Goku vs Frieza in an exploding planet deathmatch, you could tell Gohan was almost completely primed for a big push. The push itself wasn't even that well-booked, but it worked. That Cell Games PPV was designed to put Gohan over, perhaps too transparently, given that going into it Goku cut all these promos about how he would need to step down for Gohan one day. Still, they built up Cell organically as a monster heel, and luckily around the same time he got some speaking classes because his promos improved tenfold towards the end of his run. They prepared for Gohan to go over pretty smartly by having Goku go to a Time Limit Draw and later a Double KO with Cell, followed by that unannounced multi-man tag against the Cell Jrs to prevent any of Gohan's stablemates to be present at ringside. The no-rope no-mat main event itself was a bit of a clusterfuck, though, what with the fact that despite the previous match there was still the Mr Satan run-in, followed by Goku making the run-in right before the finish. What that lead to was the crowd booing the hell out of Gohan shortly after his big win, and I don't think he deserved that at all, because run- ins aside the match itself was phenomenal, easily 3/4 And so the boos made Toriyama panic, leading to Gohan's push being taken from him almost immediately, being given romance storylines and such, before getting that Great Saiyaman repackage that turned him into a comedy midcarder. Given that Gohan was now out of the picture and they were still just showing vignettes for their next monster heel, they threw together a match we've already seen before by pushing Goku back to the top and deciding to turn Vegeta heel out of nowhere. Now, that Goku/Vegeta match was fantastic, but it didn't have the atmosphere their first match did. It was a 1/2 retread of amatch. Meanwhile, Gohan was thrown into a midcard feud with that unsafe roidhead Spopovich (Toriyama said he'd "owe him one") that went nowhere. It's not like the booking around that time was even as bad outside of that, it's just that they rewrote a bunch of s--- on the fly to f--- over Gohan. Around that time they let Piccolo move into a managerial role and show off his mic skills by pairing him with that Gotenks angle, and giving Mr. Satan that undercard face push after seeing his reaction for his Cell Games squash was a good choice And what's worse is that they actually gave him another shot and f----- that up royally. They build him up and distance him from the Saiyaman gimmick and give him new gear and everything only to give us that clusterfuck of a Z-Sword angle where it breaks and turns into an old man that trains him into not needing Super Saiyan again (presumably because they wanted to let Gotenks use it to get them over). That s--- was f------ Vince Kubo-tier booking. Still, Gohan comes out of this with a bunch of build and gets a match with Super Buu on PPV, and guess what happens? The crowd BOOS HIM because the angle that built him up was S---. They cheered more for f------ Tien putting on an 8-minute squash with Buu the week before. Gohan got booed SO HARD that they AGAIN rewrote his main event angle with Goku to involve Vegeta instead, so they brought Vegeta back again as a face and did that whole Vegito angle which ended in a DQ against Gohan Buu and was trashed immediately because they realized they would need to have Goku himself go over Buu to get a reaction. Goku then spends the handicap match main event letting Vegeta and Mr. Satan and Good Buu get the s--- kicked out of them only to get the hot tag and win with the Spirit Bomb which got a pop only because he hadn't used it in a few years and boom GOKUWINSLOL again with Gohan nowhere to be found. They basically label their former pet project damaged goods and keep him as a semi-irrelevant midcarder (have you SEEN the gear he's coming out in these days?) and push that Uub kid instead who isn't half the worker Gohan was at his age, but oh you gotta push him because he's from some pacific island or whatever. After that was the point the fed just s--- itself in regards to booking. And do NOT get me started on that part-timer f--- Beerus LOLJUMP You know, I didn't wake up today thinking I would kayfabe the entirety of DBZ. It's funny how life works
