Interesting tidbit

The reason behind the new Fossil Mechanic: The first Dinosaurs classified (not discovered) were in the UK, fitting for Galar. But the bones weren't put together properly in the first place. That's why in London's Crystal Palace Park there's extremely incorrect statues of Iguanadon and other dinosaurs. Thumbs are on noses, fins are missing, some are quadrupedal instead of bipedal, etc. So that explains why fossils in Galar are restored willy-nilly from any pieces you can find- you're making the same horrifying Frankenstein's-style creations as the old British scientists used to!
