Knowing how long it took the Undertale fandom to finally make this...

it fills you with mildly NSFW disappointment.

Memes aside, however, this has got to be one of the few times when vore has actually been legit funny (outside of the real Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, that is), and I really wish that the Undertail part of this fandom could have more stuff that was like this.

Basically, this fanfic is pretty much the Undertale equivalent to Squidtastic Voyage from Spongebob, or that one brussels sprout episode from KND...only fifty times better and crazier. Yes, Undertale cancer is literally a disease (manifested in the form of Chara) here.

Also, poor Alphys...seriously, would YOU want not one but TWO absolute lunatics, neither of which have any real medical experience or common sense whatsoever, going inside your body and systematically performing surgery on each of your main five vital organs (heart, lungs, liver, stomach, brain) with you not even being able to see what they're doing in there?

Incredibly traumatizing experience for Alphys aside, though, this fanfic also contains so many goddamned puns, metaphors and jokes that it would easily make even Sans blush, so there's that too.
