Twink death/gay death is a real thing, that usually sets in around early to mid-late 20s. It's not just "aging" in and of itself, but aging on T. Testesterone given enough time will alter your facial fat and musculature into something much more masculine. Take a look at FTM's that have just started T vs 2-3 years later, they often look quite different solely from the changes T brings to their face. This is what happens with cute "femboys/traps/whatever" given enough time, and the only way to prevent it is through hormones. For the record, I'm not advising anyone to go on hormones unless they're ok with the side effects (notably, breast development, though it can be removed costs money). Everyone ages, yes, but it's more about continuing to look feminine and not balding/getting body hair all over/getting that male fat buildup and musculature that happens with time/etc. Not to push HRT, it's not just a "cute pill" to be taken for funsies, but if you think you achieve the same effects with diet and skincare, you're really quite wrong.
