This is based off the front cover for <a href="https://pelgranepress.com/product/the-fall-of-delta-green/">The Fall of Delta Green</a>, depicting the point in the campaign where Greg and his golden lab have been swatted out of the sky by the awakening Elder God; leading the players on a revenge drip that ends up killing the evil deity and burning half of the Mekong down in the process.

Also an internet high-five for whoever gets the title reference.
