Wait for the next terror attack

… Do you even follow the news ? Since the Charlie Hebdo attack, police and intelligence in France and Belgium have been on the alert when not being heavily questioned (sometimes by themselves) about their efficiency. The first major event that followed the Charlie attack in Paris was a large intervention of the Belgian police in Verviers (Belgium) to dismantle a group of ISIS followers who were planning an attack. It happened only days after Charlie attack. Since then, plenty of small groups of potential terrorists have been tracked or dismantled, with more or less visibility in the news. Of course they are not going to brag everyday about like "hey guys, we think we have found terrorists!", usually people are only informed about that only after the case is closed (or upon an intervention, because you can hardly ignore a bunch of armored people carrying guns and shields), because otherwise this would give a window to the terrorists to escape.
