Not every disease that antibiotics are used to counter diseases in farm animals can make the species jump to humans.

On top of that the number of antibiotics that humans and farm animals share are probably even lower. So a fraction of the diseases that could infect humans become resistant and jump, does not mean they can counter the same antibiotics that humans would use.

Science is far far more concerned about diseases that Already affect humans and are becoming immune to the antibiotics that humans use. Mainly because people aren't using them fucking properly.

Again, just like your anti-vax arguments, proper use of medical technology pretty much covers the "issues" you seem to bring up. Ignorance does not make your argument true.

I suggest anyone concerned about this watch this video:

The Medical field isn't just sitting around like "Shit we can't do anything" they are looking for ways to fix it.
