Western Animation - I miss them too

I had a dream about a movie like this, done in a Don Bluth style. It had several teams of mice spanning a post-human Earth on a quest to restart some percieved-to-be-magic technology that would reengage the planet's environmental controls, bringing life back to the world. I pictured a team of technology-focused mice, luck-focused, a loner, and three scrappy mouse kids. It was a really gorgeous dream and I've been developing it into a full story for a long time.
