Did vou know? A comparison to the Nazis does not usually mean a comparison to the Holocaust. If you paid much attention in school then you would know that there were many factors leading up to the Holocaust. It took many years to indoctrinate the German people by telling them they were amazing and flawless and that all their problems could be blamed on another group Germans of that era were indoctrinat- ed to believe that Jewish people had destroyed their country. The Nazis used propaganda, political manipula- tion, youth groups such as the League of German Girls and Hitler Youth, and hate speech against non-Aryans to achieve control of public opinion When you hear someone compare a political party or group to the Nazis, it is generally in comparison to these methods to control public opinion and distort the view of a target group- not the Holocaust

tl;dr: Comparing some group to Nazis usually doesn't mean that they gas people, it means that they use same methods to controlling public opinion as the Nazi party did.
