The truly hungry ones are pushing tens of thousands of lines per day. And yet, this candidate was stuck on the base salary. Here's the issue... Great developers don't play for the guarantee. My husband? Zero. No certifications. No college courses completed. No documentary features. No awards. "How do you *do* that?!"
