So i decided to turn Vsync off in Skyrim via the Skyrim.ini file. Bad idea, this game is completely f----- up without vsync. I'll be uploading a how-to video in the next few days as the ones on youtube at the moment seem to be either low-quality, awkward to follow or just very bad examples of a how-to video.
