Since the voice actress of bubbles (Tara Strong) also does a large range of other voice acting, sometimes she does similar voices for two different characters on different shows, so I took a few clips of Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls and audio clips from Drawn Together from her character Toot, and just edited them together.
