Originally aired on ABC in 1992 as part of TGIF, this animated special was intended to be a pilot episode, but was never picked up. The special follows Rosey & Buddy as they invade Cartoon Land for their new show. Featuring the voice talents of Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold and includes many rare cameos by classic cartoon characters.
