The Atlantic has a decent article on the video and why the presentation here is misleading.

Basically, it's common for abortion providers to give patients the choice of whether or not to donate the fetus's tissue for medical research. It is also common for the labs that receive the tissue to provide reimbursements for the cost of getting everything to them. But as this has been framed, you'd think Planned Parenthood was murdering babies so they can sell their parts for a profit. Because why stick to legitimate criticism when you can just make shit up?
