The guys over at Source Gaming translated an interview with Sakurai about Fire Emblem characters in Smash Bros from the Making of Fire Emblem: 25 Years of Development Secrets, where Sakurai explains the roster creation process--including how Marth almost made the cut in Smash Bros 64, and briefly touches on the future of Smash Bros, including the fact that the DLC is ending soon.
