Many thanks to the good folks at TWRC for taking Sgnt Hurricane Harvey where it turns out he actually is injured. Poor fella! https://youtu.be/KVe5ynGQRMk Miss. Ivory Rose from with the TWRC Wildlife Center on the west side of Houston came to retrieve Sgnt Hurricane Harvey to better care for him.
