Easily the most emotional villain backstory. This footage is from Twisted Tails of Felix the Cat. It was one of my favorite shows then I was growing up. I can't believe something like that was allowed on TV back then. I recomment watching the show, its hilarious. Just don't show it your kids. If you like it, I may do more. I think this show has lots of meme potential. The episode its from is called Super Felix.
