More detail on how this mod works
-Luigi enters burst mode by landing 10 hits on his opponent, which he loses if he dies or uses a burst move
-Some attacks (Ftilt, Fair, Bair, Dair) can be super powered up by spending Luigi's burst mode by holding A throughout the move
-Forward smash and up special will automatically power up in burst mode
-I can do stuff with camera angles bazinga
