This is, as you could've already guessed, is a parody of the Evangelion scene where the EVA gets hit by the Spear of Longinus and Asuka screams, with the exception of Lois Screaming instead.
Using Twigsyy's Edit pic and Audio from the Family Guy Season 21, Episode 4- The Munchurian Candidate, I established the video and it exploded into 20k+ likes within 2 days.
