As much as I don't like Nintendo's dmca legal team and business decisions, violence won't make anything better.

There's people on the workshop bomb threat, Nintendo HQ and threatening to kill any of their employees and developers considering the fact they have absolutely nothing to do with the DMCA legal team That makes those decisions and I find it completely stupid and ungrateful.

The problem is if you blame Nintendo as a whole, You're dragging in Shigeru Miyamoto Sakurai and The other developers and employees considering the fact they have absolutely nothing to do with the DMCA legal team that's making those decisions!
