Illegal sulky race on the Cork – Mallow Rd. Apparently the horses' names are Russian Lady and Chrissy's Philly. I am not the original uploader, the original uploader ended up figuring out that featuring this on YouTube was a bit of a bad idea. Thought that might happen and re-uploaded so this gem didn't disappear.
