Both intros aren't exactly the same as the English ones. Here are what they literally mean: Arcade intro: We're in a state of emergency! Someone's kidnapped the President. Find the enemy's hideout ASAP and rescue him! Famicom (NES) intro: The President has been kidnapped by an assailant known only as DragonNinja.
