Since, for some reason, Windows, and even every web browser that's already running, continues to run well even after System32 is deleted, PEDR0BEAR filled the whole video and all except the last part of the description with testing the deletion of System32 right when Internet Explorer is running and boasting about how it actually DOES (temporarily) improve Internet speed. Although Windows can't network in any way (including local network and Internet) except being connected to a LAN network once …\System32\*w*sock*.dll has been deleted, Internet Explorer loads pages that it has priorly cached faster when it can't connect to the Internet. Therefore, PEDR0BEAR demonstrated the faster Internet speed which is actually the faster speeds of using cache only with webpages that Internet Explorer has priorly cached after deleting System32, and PEDR0BEAR didn't click on the network icon in the taskbar, which actually didn't change or show a balloon when System32 was deleted since Windows can still be connected to a network, since clicking on the icon would show that Internet doesn't actually work anymore. PEDR0BEAR didn't close Internet Explorer or reboot the computer either between Deleting System32 and the end of his video because Internet Explorer wouldn't successfully re-open after System32 was deleted, but if you read through the whole description, which by that point most Windows users would have already deleted the System32 folder, you'll see this:
