The time has come to take on Emperor Lelouch who has managed to become the new Emperor of Britannia after taking care of his parents, siblings and relatives in a similar fashion as the anime. Lelouch has plans to publicly execute the world leaders(one of whom is Relena Peacecraft who is rescued by Heero) but ZEXIS isn't going to let that happen.
