With the brand new craze in exercising, we decided to 'prancercise' all around and inside Michigan's State Capitol. We had no care for all the glaring stares, we just knew we were getting fit and having fun at the same time, with the springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and ideally induced by elation – Go Prancercise!
