Both Haddaway's "What Is Love?" and the "Pokemon Theme Song" contain some interesting similarities. Both have great beats, both are share the same tonic, but most of all… their motifs are exactly the same! "What---Is---Love?!" "Po---ke---mon!!" After about 90 seconds the meter changes in the Pokemon theme rendering the sync ineffective thereafter.
