Norville "Shaggy" Rogers and companion Scooby-Doo were seized by State Highway Patrol Officers and were found to be in possession of a suspicious substance. Shaggy and Scooby claimed to be in pursuit of "Green Monster" in an unofficial capacity as paranormal investigators.
