Stealth Is Optional for This Mission - "Stealth is optional in this mission"

Reminds me when me and my friend played co op special ops missions in Modern Warfare 2 and it's a stealth mission in a winter base.
The first player whispers "reloading" when he reloads.
The second player character when reloading goes "RELOADING!" yet nobody hears it. Me and my friend laughed our asses off at him randomly yelling his lines in a stealth mission. It's like releasing a giant burp or opening the world's creakiest door and none of the enemies next to you heard it
