Luke Belmar's "Connect, Connect" refers to a viral video by grindset influencer and content creator Luke Belmar in which he teaches networking to a group of young men, urging them to connect with each other. In January 2025, the clip became a subject of parodies on TikTok following virality of the I Was With Tristan Tate and We Were Drinking memes and was combined with this and other concurrent brainrot memes. Notably, the format was used as part of the '99.99% Accuracy' meme reenactments trend.
Origin
On May 24th, 2025, hustle culture influencer Luke Belmar posted a video in which he teaches networking to a group of young men on TikTok.[1] In the video, Belmar talks to two young men standing amid a small crowd, asking them about their current occupation. Having learned about them, Belmar then encourages them to connect with a man named Michael. The video (shown below) received over 81,000 likes in eight months.

In January 2025, the video achieved popularity as a subject of parodies, most notably of the 99.99% Accuracy meme reenactment videos. For example, on January 15th, TikTok[2] user @big2and2 posted a parody video that received over 102,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).

Additionally, the video became a part of larger January 2025 brainrot meme trends on TikTok, referenced together with other prominent memes such as Friggin' Packet, Yo and Senator, I'm Singaporean.
For example, on January 18th, 2025, TikTok[3] user @reidosu posted a meme using the Luke Belmar clip that received over 244,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).
