About

Luke Belmar's "Connect, Connect" refers to a viral video by grindset influencer and content creator Luke Belmar in which he teaches networking to a group of young men, urging them to connect with each other. In January 2025, the clip became a subject of parodies on TikTok following virality of the I Was With Tristan Tate and We Were Drinking memes and was combined with this and other concurrent brainrot memes. Notably, the format was used as part of the '99.99% Accuracy' meme reenactments trend.

Having learned about them, Belmar then encourages them to connect with a man named Michael. The video (shown below) received over 81,000 likes in eight months.
