Enough of this nonsense. Not all "accusations" are equal. A particular kind of idiot keeps saying that there were "more accusations" and that therefore ZQ's story is credible. It's not. The sum of the other "accusations" is that Alec was battling mental health issues, and that because of or along was not great to work with or work for. That his temperment was volatile, he was with that, he demanding, prone to outburst, and could be verbally aggressive. NONE OF THIS WHATSOEVER lends weight to the SPECIFIC story, that he literally locked a woman in his home for weeks and sexualy tortured her. Being a demanding boss or unpredictable Co-Worker is nowhere in the same universe as being an "abuser." If you're using the term "abuser" to mean anything and everything from yelling at your subordinates once in awhile to UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT and SEXUAL BATTERY, then your definition of "abuse" should be thrown into a garbage can If you are saying that because there are "multiple accusations," and that therefore people should believe every negative thing that was said about Alec, and that he deserved to have his entire industry and social network turn their backs on him and take turns proclaiming to the world that they would never work with or speak of him again, or that (and this is the worst of it, if you do this you really need some time in therapy) that somehow he got what was coming to him, then your moral head is on backwards. Knock it off. Alec was the victim of malicious gossip. Most gossip has an element of truth to it. It is a mixture of real things and stories that have become distorted by being passed back and forth over time. The worst of the gossip CAN BE TRACED ENTIRELY back to one person, one accuser, and this person has a lengthy track-record of inventing terrible stories designed to damage people. Alec said, publicly, years ago, that he believed this was happening. And now everyone knows, whether you consider it fair or not, that this is undeniably true. If you don't know things for certain, it's OKAY to just stop talking. It's OKAY to have an opinion, but be unsure whether it's correct or not. In the last few days, he was supported by many Manitoba crisis services, and I want to thank Those who know me will know that I believe everyone there for their support. I want to thank survivors and I have always done everything I can Adam Saltsman for staying up late talking with and reminding Alec that there was a future us to support survivors, those suffering from mental illnesses, and those with chronic illnesses. Alec was a victim of abuse and he also spent a lifetime My family has and always will be the most battling mood and personality disorders. I will not important thing to me. Please give us time to heal. We tried our best to support Alec, but in the end he felt he had lost too much pretend that he was not also responsible for causing harm, but deep down he was a person who wanted only to offer people care and kindness. It took him a while to figure out how. I currently do not see a place for myself in games or on Twitter. I will not be looking at the responses Over the last few years, with therapy and to this post. I appreciate everyone who has reached out to me over the last few days. For medication, Alec became a new person-the same person he'd always been but without any of anyone who is in a time of darkness, I encourage you to reach out for support.
