Queen @IAmSachaa On 8-24-18 l've experience the worst encounter ever while flying with @Delta at @BostonLogan at baggage gate A4 long but please read and share this post. I have video of the encounter to come i was on tne pnone witn my ride letting ner know what happened. She asked who is that in the background I told her it's the staff discussing the situation among each other. Staff member Teddra Hegel says "no one is talking about you, you are out of your mind" I asked her to please stop talking to me as I wait for a manager. She responds "l can talk to whoever I want" I sit and wait for the manager to come, I attempted to inform him of the situation he told me "don't you have someone waiting on you" she'll submit the claim and he walked out of the office before I can get his name Another staff member helped submit my claim. As I'm getting ready to leave I asked for everyone name on duty. Teddra Hegel refused to give me the managers name. I asked a number of times if she could call him back, she refused to. She assumedl'm recording her and calls state police I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was afraid when she called the state trooner aivina all of
