He's not from a specific series, he's from the creator's own original series. The story he appears in is End of Smash, this fic is where he enters the SSBB universe, the image I'm using of him is the cover of End of Smash.

Jakez is a walking collection of cliches when it comes to personality, his powers aren't much better. The power of gamma, if you've made your research, you'd know gamma is a VERY DEADLY energy ray in space, get hit by it, I dare you. But here, the author broke logic and made gamma somehow "less deadly", still doesn't save this Gary Stu. And if that wasn't bad enough, this Stu has a evil clone called Dr. Jakez. Villain name of the year right here, folks. If you need more information, check the atrocious fanfic or the review above.
