"Not that there's anything wrong with that" is a phrase commonly added to the end of a statement about homosexuals, i.e: "The way Justin Beiber talks makes me think he is gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that."
The phrase is usually added when the commenter does not wish to risk public ridicule for his/her opinion of homosexuality.
