There was also a great support engineer I knew who left to join a monastery and became a monk (yes, really). And a talented designer who didn't know how to organize files on his computer. He kept thousands of files in the root directory of his "C" drive. (Yes, files - this was before Figma existed.) I could count on these people in the most difficult situations.
