When I was a junior engineer, my boss asked me, "Hillel, how many eggs have you eaten today?" I told him, "three." He said, "that's not enough eggs." And then he gave me four more eggs. I ate the eggs and eggshells and immediately got promoted to regular engineer. To become a senior engineer, I had to eat twelve eggs. To become a staff engineer, I had to eat twenty seven. KO Recruiter, NIDO I automatically reject any applications that don't include year of graduation for college degrees. A degree in Mathematics which was obtained in 2004 is MUCH different than one that's obtained in 2024. And I make it a point to verify employment for all applicants. If you say you've worked somewhere, you better had actually worked there. People must learn how to be more transparent and honest during their job search.
