This is embarrassing

Never take "NO" as an answer. My temporary license plate on my car expires tomorrow. So, naturally I call Mercedes and ask them to squeeze me in to put my new plates on. They say "unfortunately, we have no time available until next week." Yeah no, that wasn't going to work for me. So what do I do? Drive to my Mercedes dealership. And guess what, a kinda sir put my new plates on & gave me a free carwash. Saying "no" is much harder face-to-face, and people will often find new ways to be flexible to your needs when you ask them straight-up!
