God Forbid a Few Free Minutes

Do you all have any secrets for those awkward 3-7 extra minutes when one meeting ends early, but your next meeting hasn't started? Sometimes I'll get lucky and have a few easy Slack or email messages I can knock out. Or sometimes it's a perfect bathroom break. But otherwise, I usually end up twiddling my thumbs or doing something equally unproductive before hopping on to my next call. Would love ideas for how to better use that bit of spare time!

For far too long, employees have abused the privilege. I almost sent out 100s of mouse jiggles for Christmas this year. I have friends who admit to me how lazy they are working remote. Remote work doesn't entail: -You doing laundry during work hours -Cooking during work hours -Hooking up on dating websites -Watching television -Shopping -Keeping up with your extramarital affairs. -Getting your hair or nails done. He drives for 4 hours a day and he told me: "It keeps my mind sharp. I would age much quicker if I wasn't speaking with wonderful strangers every day.
