Yesterday at the Olympics, there was a milestone moment when Australian swimmer Ariarne Titmus defeated USA star swimmer Katie Ledecky to win the gold medal in the 400m freestyle event. After the race, she noted that she was "over the moon" to take home the race, but was trying to "stay composed" as she had to compete in 200m freestyle heats later that evening.

Her coach, Dean Boxall, had no such need to maintain his composure and absolutely lost it in the stands.

Boxall's wild celebration became one of the early highlights of the Olympics, and, at least in terms of social media, became the lead story over Titmus' win.

Many users were particularly amused by the attendee who happened to get in the way of his triumphant storm of a celebration, as she seemed unsure whether to try and shepherd him back to his place or simply let him burn himself out.

Obviously, congratulations are due to Titmus for her monumental victory, but while people win gold medals every day at the Olympics, a celebration like Dean Boxall's only comes around once in a blue moon.
