Gamers have been widely mocking Doom gameplay footage released by the video game news site Polygon, which features a player with absolutely horrendous movement and aiming skills.

Five years ago today, the Internet went into a frenzy of panic and excitement after a Christian radio evangelist prophesied that something earth-shattering was going down, only to witness the unfolding of absolutely nothing and all we got was a lousy meme.

This animation by YouTuber JelloApocalypse, based off a comic by Tumblr user Scribblecee, features a dramatic anime plot based around an intense game of Uno.
