Coming from a Native American myself, only thing that could be consider wrong is a llack of research when it came to culturally driven clothing, such as this. Then again, this is a character, no real sort of bloodline here.

We're "redskinned" or tan because of genetics and how much sun we get. Not to mention this fits Fluttershy perfectly, and the clothing is N.A. inspired with a Fluttershy twist. That's it really.
