Yep I get it, it's a Tom and Jerry reference using 1990s furry waifus (well okay Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers started in 1988, but I think it's especially popular among "90s kids").

Road Rovers is one of those shows I always somehow remember and forget all at the same time. It's probably due to the fact it only lasted a short period of time (even shorter than SWAT Kats), and yeah the only characters from it I remember are Colleen (pictured above on the left) and Blitz (the German doberman who spoke with an obvious Arnold Schwarzenegger styled voice).
