Undertale - An origin story

This hits WAY harder when you consider that the villagers represent US, the players. Making out Chara to be the ultimate evil, blaming them for the actions of a Genocide Run, even though WE were the ones responsible for killing everyone. In the end, "Chara" is supposed to be the players themselves, they're supposed to make US feel like the ultimate evil. Heck, I'd go as far as to say that Toby made a HUGE mistake when he decided to give the fallen child a canon name. But then again, the Fandom would've probably just created one to dodge the guilt, anyway.
