RWBY - How Penny gets Combat Ready!

You my dear friend just made the easiest and most justifiable story reason to how they can bring Penny back and to make Ciel plot important.

> Ironwood orders Ciel and some other Atlas mooks to retrieve Penny’s parts.
> Ciel and some other Atlas mooks retrieve Penny’s parts during chaos.
> Ciel gives Penny’s parts back to Geppetto.
> Memory CPU and Aura Core are ok.
> Penny's back and Geppetto will never let her go see the world ever again.
> Ciel becomes Penny's Jiminy Cricket.

they did seem to forget about her. I assume that she was just recalled back to Atlas after helping get Penny through the duo round into the solo round. she really should have been used during that chaos to retrieve Penny's parts and get it back to Atlas.
